Warm-Up: 10 minutes of warming up with arm and leg circles.

Exercises:

  • Deadlifts (3 sets of 6-8 reps)
  • Bench press (3 sets of 8-10 reps)
  • Pull-ups or lat pull-downs (3 sets of 8-12 reps)
  • Cool Down: Stretching and foam rolling
