Upper Body Strength: trenerji atletskega kluba Radovljica

  • Warm-Up: Band pulls and dynamic arm stretches.
  • Main Session:
    • Bench press (3 sets of 8-12 reps)
    • Pull-ups or Lat pull-downs (3 sets of 8-12 reps)
    • Dumbbell shoulder press (3 sets of 10-15 reps)
    • Bicep curls and tricep extensions (3 sets of 12-15 reps each)
  • Cool down:
    • Stretching and foam rolling for the upper body.
