Speed and Agility - demonstrator Tine Klofutar

Warm-Up: 15 minutes of agility ladder drills.

Exercises:

  • Rapid turns and sprints (4 sets of 5 reps)
  • Cone drills for quick direction changes (4 sets of various drills)
  • Speed changes running (6 x 40 meters at full speed)
  • Cool Down: Light jogging and dynamic stretching.
